In the event that the apartment is no left in good condition and requires repairs or cleaning to be completed, the student will be assessed a fee to their student account.

I have completed this application accurately to the best of my knowledge.

I understand my housing assignment will be based, in part, by the information provided in this application and that completing the application does not guarantee that I will be assigned University Housing.

I also understand that if assigned housing, I will be provided with copies of the Housing Handbook and the Housing Agreement and my adherence to the stated policies is in accordance with my lease agreement, as well as the Naropa University Student Handbook.

I know I will obtain answers to question I may have if I do not understand any part of this handbook or lease.
